The Harman Kardon Soundsticks III are excellent speaker that may lack some mid range detail (which can be adjusted via an equalizer), but their great design overall capabilities definitely make up for whatever they lack.
The Harman Kardon Soundsticks III desktop 2.1 speakers system has received positive reviews for its incredibly cool, transparent design, excellent bass response and its crisp and clear high end sound. One user did however point out that due to the speakers being tweeters, it did lack a bit of the mid range frequencies. Other than that, the casual audio heads thought the Harman Kardon Soundsticks III were an excellent buy and found that they easily satisfied their audio needs.

The $170 SoundSticks III speakers offer light cosmetic upgrades (and unfortunately retain a few irritations) from the previous model, but if you're a fan of the iridescent design, this speaker system won't disappoint.
